PR Build Ltd was established by Phill Simpson in 1999, born from a contract carpentry company that started in 1987, to this day we still retain tradesman from the original company.
Over the years we have successfully completed a wide variety of projects, from rural Barn Conversions with all the unknown design challenges that can surface during the construction period to contemporary, muti-unit schemes in tight urban spaces with logistical challenges that must be planned well in advance.
We have always retained skilled direct labour as well as building up a loyal network of specialist and trusted sub-contractors that deliver to our high standards, along with a reliable competitive supply chain to ensure our success and our client’s satisfaction.
It is our belief that good business is built on good relationships, whether it is a private client inviting us into their family home to undertake a project or a developer with tight timelines and budgets. Our approach is always the same, this is why the majority of our projects come through repeat business with existing clients or through referrals and recommendations.
